Shipping coverage

Lifecare Ayurvedics currently ships orders to all serviceable pin codes within India.

International shipping is not available at the moment (can be updated later if you start).

Order processing time

Orders are usually processed and handed over to the courier within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery timelines

Standard delivery time is typically 4–7 business days for most locations once the order is dispatched.

Remote or out‑of‑delivery locations may take a few extra days depending on courier serviceability.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on order value, weight, and delivery location and are displayed at checkout before payment.

From time to time, Lifecare Ayurvedics may offer free shipping above a certain order value as part of promotions (you can define, e.g., “Free shipping above ₹499”).

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS/Email/WhatsApp with the courier name and tracking ID to track your shipment in real time.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to get updated on the courier’s website after dispatch.

Incorrect address / failed delivery

Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order.

Lifecare Ayurvedics is not responsible for delays or non‑delivery due to incorrect/incomplete addresses or unreachable phone numbers; in such cases, reshipping charges may apply.

Delays and operational issues

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond control such as weather conditions, festivals, strikes, lockdowns, or courier delays.

If your order has not been delivered within 10–12 business days from dispatch, please contact our support team with your order ID for assistance.

Damaged, tampered or missing items

If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered, or opened, please do not accept it or record an unboxing video and contact us immediately.

For any issues related to leakage, breakage, missing items, or wrong products, reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof so the team can resolve it as per the return/refund policy.
