  • What is your return policy?

    Returns are accepted only if an item is received in a damaged or unusable condition, or if you receive the wrong product. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing our support team with your order details and photographs as proof.

    To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase. Items without intact packaging or opened/used items are not eligible for return.

  • How do I initiate a return or refund?

    To start a return or refund request, please contact us at support@lifecareayurvedics.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Share your order number, describe the issue, and provide clear photos as evidence. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

  • When and how will I receive my refund?

    After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days (excluding any COD charges, if applicable).

  • What items are not eligible for return or refund?

    Returns and refunds are not available for:

    • Opened or used products
    • Items returned without original packaging
    • Products without valid proof of purchase
    • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
    • Sale and promotional items
